How much does an apartment clearance cost in Berlin?

Typical prices in Berlin

Our starting prices within Berlin, including labour, transport and legal disposal:

• Cellar or attic: from €199
• Garage: from €249
• 1–2 room apartment: from €590
• 3+ room apartment: from €1,190
• House: from €2,290

These are starting prices for normally furnished rooms. You get your exact fixed price in writing before we start – usually based on photos sent via WhatsApp.

Five things that drive the price

• Volume: how many cubic metres need to go. This is the biggest factor.
• Floor and lift: every floor without a lift adds carrying time.
• Distance to the van: a parking zone (Halteverbot) at the door saves time.
• Type of items: wood, metal, electronics and hazardous waste are disposed of separately.
• Deadline: if it must be done tomorrow, we bring more helpers.

How to save money

• Usable items count: furniture and appliances in good condition are donated or recycled, which lowers your price.
• Sort first: put everything you want to keep in one room.
• Drop small loads yourself: Berlin's city cleaning service BSR runs 14 recycling centres (Recyclinghöfe), and on BSR Kieztage you can drop bulky waste in your neighbourhood for free.
• Be flexible: mid-week dates are easier than the last days of the month.

Leaving Germany?

Many of our clients organise the whole clearance from abroad. You send photos, we send a fixed price, you leave the key – and we hand the flat over to your landlord swept clean, with photos as proof.
