Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price in the written quote applies. It only changes if the scope changes – for example, if a lot more furniture is added. We always agree that with you first.
Do I need an on-site visit?
Usually not. Photos or a short video on WhatsApp are enough for a quote. For large flats we visit for free.
How quickly can you come?
Often within 48 hours. Just ask – we will tell you right away which dates are free.
What happens to usable items?
We donate or recycle furniture and appliances in good condition. That can lower your price.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer on invoice after the job. Payment terms available for businesses.
Do you also work outside Berlin?
Yes, in the Berlin area and across Germany on request. Travel costs are then listed separately in the quote.
